Which surfaces should never be pressure washed?

Stucco develops hairline cracks under high pressure that let moisture behind the wall, and EIFS (synthetic stucco) has to be cleaned at near-zero pressure or the manufacturer warranty is void. The same goes for painted surfaces, wood fences, roofing of every type, and screen enclosures. All of those get soft washed instead.
