Hi, I'm Ethan. I'm the owner of Surf & Shine Cleaning Solutions, a locally owned window and exterior cleaning company based in Melbourne, Florida.

I was born and raised in Florida, and I've always liked the idea of building something of my own.
When I started thinking seriously about my future, the traditional path did not make much sense to me personally. The idea of taking on years of school debt just to graduate and spend the next several years working for someone else left me asking a simple question:
Why not put that same time, money, and effort into building something of my own?
So that is what I decided to do.
Why Surf & Shine?
I wanted the company to feel connected to the place where I grew up and the things I enjoy.
I have always loved being around the water, and surfing has been part of my life for years. Surf & Shine felt like a natural name for a Florida-based company that helps homes and businesses look cleaner and better cared for.
The brand has a relaxed coastal feel, but the work behind it is taken seriously.
Built Around Better Results
From the beginning, I knew I did not want to be the cheapest person with a pressure washer and a Facebook page.
I wanted to invest in professional equipment, learn the proper cleaning methods, and build a company capable of delivering consistent results.
We use professional pure-water window-cleaning systems, water-fed poles, commercial pressure-washing equipment, surface cleaners, and tools selected for the surface being cleaned.
Better equipment does not replace careful work, but it allows us to work more safely and efficiently without cutting corners.
Windows, concrete, stucco, roofs, screens, pool cages, and painted surfaces cannot all be cleaned the same way. We adjust the process to fit the property instead of treating every job alike.
Personal Service From Start to Finish
Surf & Shine is not a franchise or a national company using a local phone number.
When you call or text, you will usually speak directly with me. I am involved in the estimate, scheduling, and work performed at your property.
That keeps things simple. You know who you are talking to, what the service includes, and who is responsible for the finished result.
There is no call center and no passing you from one person to another.
What Good Service Means to Me
Good service should not be complicated. It means:
- Communicating clearly
- Showing up when promised
- Providing straightforward pricing
- Respecting your home or business
- Using the right equipment for the job
- Checking the work before leaving
- Addressing concerns directly
Apparently, doing those things consistently is enough to stand out these days, but I believe they should be the standard. I would rather take the time to do the work properly than rush through a property just to reach the next appointment.

My goal is to continue building Surf & Shine into a dependable local company that people recognize, remember, and confidently recommend to their friends, families, and neighbors.
